I have been on farm this week installing Pace connect and auto stop kit on a Keenan MF340 cattle feeder. The Pace connect allows the operator to transfer feed data and receipt changes remotely to the box via the internet. This saves the job of removing the memory stick each night and transferring data manually.
The auto stop is the next level in feed mixing consistency, with the use of an actuator that mounts on the tractor mudguard PTO button. The Pace box is used as usual but rather than manually switching off the PTO it is operated automatically. This allows the operator the freedom to leave the cattle feeder without the fear of over mixing the ration.
