It was International Women’s Day on Saturday – a day to celebrate the strength, resilience and achievements of women from all walks of life. With this in mind, we felt that it was the ideal moment to introduce the incredible women that work at Yates Engineering and make it a special and thriving place to work. We’re proud of our four exceptional team members who inspire us every day!
Kirsty – Currently on maternity leave – we miss you Kirsty! Kirsty has made an incredible impact in our accounts department over the past couple of years. Kirsty has also stepped up to champion our HR initiatives. She has a warm and welcoming nature, ensuring new team members feel at home.
Debbie – Debbie has stepped in to cover Kirsty’s role in accounts and is doing an excellent job of maintaining our financial processes during this time. She is the perfect addition to our team, she is lovely and infuses an energy that uplifts everyone around her! We’re so lucky to have her on board!
Helen – With very nearly a year at Yates, Helen wears many hats! From managing invoices, to UKCA accreditation, amongst other things – her versatility and organizational skills shine brightly. Plus, she’s the creative force behind our social media and newsletters, keeping our community connected!
Diane – The heart of our office, Diane keeps our workspace clean and welcoming. She goes above and beyond, sometimes baking delicious cakes that brighten our days and running essential errands to keep operations flowing smoothly.
