500 @ 50…Breaking Guinness World Records at The Great Dorset Steam Fair

Our culinary skills came out flourishing as a succulent pork joint was cooked in the smoke box and provided a hearty feast to feed our family and friends. We would like to say thank you to those who made the special journey down to visit us and help us with this adventure, a great time was had by all at this wonderful event.
